Entire placement funds have come from BP selling off earlier/promoters shares sold off at previous on market higher prices to the retail.
This is just a game for them keep trapping the retail and milk them for every penny. They are together just about srcwing the public, still thinking they are doling out huge gains for them.
To all of them this is just a lifestyle. A game in which keep getting better at milking the retail.
