I agree he's had the worst weeks of his life, but he sure wasn't chief of marketing and brand building in this video. The other comments suggesting FBR laser-focus on ONE specific task at a time in the short term - generating revenue through getting a builder to use the machines would be the top priority over the next 90 days. I'd bail on WaaS and let others buy the machine or franchise. That and hire a pair of experienced deal-makers to work the USA and beyond. Give them whatever title you want, just get out of their way.
