The effort required to bring this technology to its current state has clearly been monumental. I also understand the rationale behind pursuing a licensing strategy. Furthermore, the fact that they are engaging with major industry players underscores the value of what they’ve built.
That said, I do have two major concerns:
Why did Mike step down and liquidate his shares?
What is the true current state of the business—and, more importantly, are shareholders being protected?
With so little information available, being asked to cast a proxy vote is incredibly difficult.
