FBR either have a current fireproof wall solution or they don't and as originally discussed without a render it definitely don't ! ? Now with a different? non rated glue when was it tested and with what renders and was it done post 2019?

$50 at bunnings? not part of a approved system that has now to be done by a fire engineer on large scale facades . Might want to check max gap the product is allowed to bridge and what work is involved and getting a rated system on a non standard non compliant wall.

please explain how FBR built the complete structural walls for a childcare centre in 2021

if you know so much about aus standards you will be aware childcare centres have very strict construction rules including fire rating
