You can make anything structural and fireproof with enough time and money. Back to my original comment. A FBR wall with non fire rated glue and non filled perp ends cannot without further treatment be fireproof. A normal block wall can be . It is that simple. From then on it becomes a economic and practical case of how to treat FBR wall. Back in 2018 they did to then standard a rating test and we have no idea if that is valid with current blocks, glue and render treatment .

Your sellys comment above is laughable . A $28 tube or bag does not make a complaint fireproof wall to new standards as not part of tested and approved system.

All I have indicated that as far as I have enquired and looked on website that there is no system. Most companies that have a compliant system have it on website. They may have one but lets be honest any good news FBR would have had they will have announced and have available on web.

Its just another cost and possible barrier that FBR has to overcome in current standard designs and architects etc will use methods to achieve the end result and should there be enough demand to justify a proprietary system it will be tested retested re-specded or whatever is required . It only takes time and money. The original FBR idea was masonry walls just like a bricklayer would do only faster and accurate with less waste etc. All the little extras change the price curve , time or margin .
