    Yep, always changing for better or worse... hard to keep a handle on it at times, Half the problem with the housing crisis is the Bureaucracy and red tape involved, meeting not only code but the updated version of the codes, Australian Standards and then throw in each different localised council, adjendas and that's before adhering to any DDO guidelines or conflicting Veg/BMO requirements..
    Building has always had an ingredient of problem solving involved in it, it's just the nature of the industry.
    All that being said, it's encouraging to see the planning Minister come out finally adress the issue and admit change needs to happen.It may not be as regulated as the pharmaceutical industry but it's sure heading that way unless some major reform isn't put in place. If FBR and others alike can strategically position themselves in a broader forward thinking progressment of any new reforms the benifits long term could power drive further future development and perhaps even (dare I say it) start to get some traction in fixing this housing issue.
