    "We feel that organic growth is more likely to attract investment—capital would rather back an established business with predictable returns,”

    Who is the "we" isn't Mark supposed to be acting in the best interest of shareholders? Running out of $ and yet rather than making a deal with "an established business " he would rather shareholders lose everything?
    Read between the lines - this guy IMO is deliberately making decisions to see this though to administration!
