Put the hx into operation any way whatsoever - just get it going.
I think they tried to land a big deal - trying to get builders to commit to hundreds or thousands of houses - two problems with that: - cant get enough hxs on the road quickly enough - asking builders to commit housing developments worth hundreds of millions of dollars with the new tech without enough proven operational history.
Go to small builders - even if we break even
Also 6 months ago we could have bought some land and build some houses ourselves.
I said this many times before but now we are out of money and still trying to get that big deal.
