Dear FBR Board,

Following recent discussions and growing shareholder concerns, I request your urgent clarification on the following critical matters:

1) The quarterly report advised that 0.86 quarters of funds available. What is the current value of funds available to FBR?
2) What is the forecasted date by which these funds will be exhausted?
3) What specific plans are in place to avoid receivership or administration?
4) Regarding IP, another shareholder advised that Mark Pivac stated the IP would be sold publicly in the event of receivership.
4a) Please advise the current valuation of FBR—including the Hadrian X and SHI-related IP.
4b) Has the IP been independently evaluated or considered to secure funding?
5) At the November AGM, Mark or Mike mentioned plans B,C and D were in place in the event of the non-CRH JV, what is the status of these plans?
6) Why was the HX Robot left at CRH premises instead of activating the Pulte agreement?
7) What is the rationale for not pursuing non-dilutive funding from institutional investors with significant capital?
8) What steps are being taken to protect shareholder and government interests?
9) What is the Board’s response to concerns about delisting or offshore relocation?

I believe these questions are essential to ensuring transparency, protecting shareholder value, and preserving a nationally significant technology.
