The letter to shareholders said:
As we know, these blocks were received some time ago. It is possible that these pilot builds will all be done at FBR premises. We keep talking about an upcoming WB block home in the community, but shouldn't get our hopes up too high about that. It might just be a case of demonstrating to WB that HX can handle their blocks, in preparation for builds in Europe. In 2019, there were pilot build programs for Archistruct, GP Vivienda and Summit Homes, but that didn't mean homes were popping up in the community.
