FBR is a company that specializes in wall building. The US needs to complete the southern border wall. With the new infrastructure money, there will be plenty of money to throw at that project. Now most of the walls going up are steel. Not a good idea. If FBR is looking for a JV, WB would be a good fit with their new gigantic blocks. 24/7 laying, rain or shine.
