Just looking back at the Nov investor presentation. A lot to be excited about.
"Pipeline of 24 confirmed upcoming builds for builders with expected revenues of over $1.1 million" (These are not dunny paper, right? Bonafide contracts)
"Additional three builds in Wellard committed to complete five home Wellard portfolio – revenue in excess of $2 million in FY23 anticipated from sale of five home portfolio" (Seems to me it wouldn't hurt to keep some FBR-owned-land jobs on the backburner. If for some reason a client wasn't quite ready for FBR to start a job, they could fill in the time by doing own-land builds)
"International clay block market unlocked – Hadrian X® capable of laying largest clay blocks currently in production (Wienerberger Porotherm R25s) in addition to concrete blocks" (This is new. Opens up Europe)
"Additional product revenue streams under development with multiple DST and digitalisation related R&D projects underway" (Sounds wonderful, but might just be a few ideas jotted down on the back of an envelope? The mind boggles.)
