no idea tbh but the buyer did so willingly at a +/- 25% premium to everyone else today so imo a very good indicator of something significant in the background. You don’t see too many people spending that much money in one hit on a spec like this. It’s got a lot going on in the background which we all know and have been waiting patiently for. Fingers crossed
