I believe that BKW just wanted more shares...talk of a takeover is speculation they don't have any tech stocks and are more likely to bid for the Fastbrick WAAS service provision in Oz and USA than wanting to run FBR. Owning a large chunk of FBR is a smart business move when and if they announce the two market WAAS agreements knowing that the share price would double if not quadruple whenever they choose to hit their go button
