Ash had a post in the other thread regarding if BKW is trying to TO or just prevent a TO.
I'd say that BKW are definitely trying to prevent a TO and perhaps TO themselves but they might not be able to. If FBR management are smart, they'd let WBR and maybe Xella by that other 15% for $60m so then none of them can take over and they have enough cash to get the new model onto the production line.
