    I think the ASX is overweight on jr mining explorers and even companies like Brainchip can't get loans because Austrailian investment banks are mostly penny stock companies themselves. If FBR was in the US, someone would have either ripped off their tech, or bought them out for billions. A loan is a good idea though.
