Everything FBR has diluted for funds is micro stuff compared to this -
Digital Lending USA
Loan covenants, conditions etc. all apply of course. How about issuing preferred stock, bonds or convertible bonds etc. to existing shareholders (we as existing shareholders get first crack) where we can help fund growth of the company ? Seems like so many better ways to go about this. If anything, we should be reverse splitting shares right now.
