I'd hope management is putting pressure on Weinerberger and Xella to put some cash in to keep Brickworks from buying control and monopolising the supply of bricks and blocks.

I am also hoping that we also leverage Leiber into putting some skin in the game as our preferred manufacturer.

I also believe that FBR should encourage Leiber to ramp up and start manufacturing the HX110 on mass rather than thinking we can build the first 5 - 10 units in Perth even if the factory has been fitted out to build we know that it would be too slow a process ... and we'd have to fund each build from our cash reserves or sell each machine to the JV entities ... which still means 50% cash from FBR.

A smarter way would be for Leiber to fund the manufacture and lease the machines to the JV or Franchise entities who would then pay royalties to FBR ...

I'm sure that Brickworks will participate in the CR to maintain their 15% ownership...

Hey, arms, I think what you've said, has been said before here. Another "whale" theory, so to say. Is there potentially any reason why Xella/weinerberger/liebher might not want to buy in so to speak? Don't get me wrong, I like the idea, but I'm just perplexed as to why there isn't a commitment so to speak from them. Surely, its not difficult to setup an investment vehicles for these companies in Australia? I remember the CAT days it was done through wisconsin investment or something.
