This pretty much sums up Angel investment Ankhenaten, I guess the only difference here with the Goldwing and Hadrian story was that there were two Angel companies involved one linked to Brickworks and one linked to the ABN group, but still there investment was below the limits you have stated above, the other Angel investors were all individuals who were sophisticated investors and all there investments were again below the limits you have talked about. If you think investing in listed companies is risky try putting money into these sorts of ventures, certainly not a place for the faint of heart.
