Boston Dynamics has really shown what can be achieved. But what you don't see is everything is in a controlled environment. Everything that robot done was pre calculated, pre planned and pre set for that one single scenario. AI has a very long way to go.
You are right. The HX would be very unreliable on a real building site. Even to put tie down straps, to stop and fit veneer ties or stop and put control and expansion ties in place. To place and fit window and door flashings in place. Way to much human intervention that you know. Way too much unreliability for a real real building site. Just another feel good moment for the uneducated holder's.
