FBR never passed any building codes, it's all passed after the human intervention components are applied. And that's after a very long process with independent engineers to verify and a lot of labour to even near comply....have you even read the DTS, deem to satisfy provisions for our compliance????
Limitations will restrict the type of building to be constructed due to soil classification restraints and wind classification....the masonry will need to comply with AS3700 masonry structures and 4773.1, 4773.2 masonry for small buildings.....go USA they are more stringent than us.
