I'm curious if anyone has built a residential home recently and contacted FBR for the request of their services? if so, what was their response; is it a possibility for a normal builder, or does something like a special contract need to be put in place, and if so, are the services provided priced competitively.
I ask as i have a friend who owns his own building company and is open to the idea but wasnt sure if its still ready, or hard/complicated to get through the Nation Construction Building Codes.
