Spook , I agree the builds in Perth cost FBR money , but offered great testing opportunity.
I read ICON advertised $5000 to build a house.I take it as the start up cost of doing business to get exposure and buy in.
FBR promoted the builds at charging the equivalent cost of bricklayers to lay the blocks.
Maybe if they did a Promotion to build the walls in 3 days , they could have charged 3 days of bricklayer costs.
That may have been a great way to promote WaaS to the Perth building community .Real cost saving.
