Oooh, I might reiterate the risk and portfolio mgmt importance
For context, I usually hold around 8-10 stocks, FBR is < 7% of my portfolio.
Each to their own though, personally I never want to be tied to a property asset. Especially in Australia. Fortunately rent in Italy is stupidly cheap.
