@Armsofanangel I lean towards this level of expectation, it's not going to be a deal maker for next ANN, nothing will happen until HX shipped over and proved working over American site, which could take another month assuming HX is being shipped as we speak.
FBR has been mentioning the deployment of HX110 to US was to jump into commercial operation straight away, so a lot of legal work being done at mean time I guess would be more around IP protection, and maybe some early commercial contract similiar to the nature of MoU, until proven working and upgraded to larger contract, which could be later 2024 by best estimate.
