Storm , I dont agree.There appears to be no evidence that builders in Perth will use and prefer to use hadrian .Re WaaS investment risk , in Perth , FBR supplied WaaS and no demand by builders to use to support a WaaS investment in Perth.
Why this is the case , I don't know.
Maybe , there are posters who know builders in Perth and can ask.
USA offers scale , the pointy end for hadrian 110 commercial benefits , cost verses returns
