We really wont have evidence of the Perth builder interest until 110 rolls out into the public domain and the the Waas entity is created.
Dale Alcock is an early investor and they are big enough to stump up the $$$ , ideally they would want to restrict the service to there own group of companies but they could offer it to other builders as well.
i cant confirm, but think the daycare centre was for Dale Alcock and recall they have plans to build 30 more in Perth.
