It's called block on flat, they're foundation blocks. Common across UK domestic builds. Usually pretty rough because it's below the ground. Would be bread and butter for the HX,. Foundation crews usually hate doing them because it's shit conditions, wet and muddy and always low walls so it's hard on the back. But it's quite good money I think. A lot of the time the quality is super rough for the brickies who come later. Usually separate crews, at least what I saw.
