Agree wholeheartedly. The only advantage some of these toothpaste thingies have is that some are backed by silicon valley money, which hypes these companies beyond any rationality so that the silicon valley money can make their 400% plus in their standard three year timeline and then exit.

if fbr was backed by the same and listed, we'd be looking at a valuation of at least $10 billion at our current stage, purely on the hype that fbr has built real houses and commercial props that have sold to real people.

toothpaste builds will be so niche that they will be insignificant to us. Good luck to them anyway.
