Wienerberger held the first virtual capital market day on September 29, 2020. In particular, the future strategy and business model explained by CEO Heimo Scheuch and the clear commitment to sustainability was very interesting. He also mentioned that there will be aquisitions of companies in future. FBR was not mentioned on the slides or orally. However, it can be seen very well that Wienerberger is striving for a higher share in the value chain as a solution provider. If Wienerberger would like to participate or take over FBR, it would be very stupid to let HadrianX out of the bag too early.
