I would imagine the Saudi's are keeping their eyes on this potential acceptance of the joint venture.
And success of FBR's machine.
The new development over there is huge.
The artist impression shows thousands of low rise dwellings.
Can you imagine the workforce needed to build that out in the next ten years or so.
9 million residents, where will the get that amount of people with the money to buy these dwelings or afford to rent them.
I know where they get their workforce but they wont be able to afford to live there once complete.
And I am not sure even India will have that many spare blocklayers.
I can see a hundred FBR hadrians over there.
Come on 2025.
