After watching the whole 60 minutes story you can see why ICON is valued at $2 billion.
They have tackled homelessness, new shapes and designes, outer space which presents a range of challenges. The way they are using lasers to melt moon dust into a building material which can be used on landing pads which can withstand 4000oC heat without melting... endless supply of building materials
.. not a huge leap to see them using recycled materials and melting them into printing material which may give you stronger printed houses which are half the current materials width in walls.
Towards the end of the clip they show some renderings of what's coming in housing, commercial and hotels in the near future
I just hope Mike is negotiating with ICON a DST licencing contract
