The general public create the demand !!.
To a certain extent.
The general public go to builder and look at designs, do I want rendered block, face brick, Timber look etc.
So yes they will create demand if wanting a rendered block house.
But I don't expect that house will be the only thing built out of blocks.
If FBR can compete with tilt slabs then factory's, offices, child care centres etc will be a big part of the market.
Not something the general public has a say in.
So builders and architects will have a say in the size of the market as well.
