We are reading to much into it. FBR will only have two focus areas at the production facility, Readying the AU Hadrian X for US shipment and progressing the building / commissioning of the new units destined for mounting on US Chassis. Assuming the JV is signed off, the rapid supply of new Hadrian X units will be the key to its success and start to drive some income. Also they will be wanting to get their hands on the AU Hadrian X ASAP to either progress an. AU WAAS or to get it the Europe for similar.

So this is either:
- the existing AU Hadrian X having some tuning completed pre shipment (hope not)
- one of the Hadrian X's being build for the US Chassis. Therefore part of the assembly and testing of this unit. Hope this is a case.

There is no way they will be "mucking around" with the set up of the only next gen Hadrian X for a future opportunity. Everything will be aim at getting it packed and shipped.
