Yeah but the entire thing, from slab lay down to the owner moving in, takes many months. Close to a year in Perth at least. The walls going up is just another step. Would it help if it was faster? Probably. In the same way it would help if everyone on the job was faster. That doesn't necessarily make fbr a compelling option for the owner. If you have the choice of a bricklayer at half the price to Hadrian I know who is going to be building the walls. After all, with both options you still end up with a wall. Not to mention the added costs of the perfect slab, and whatever added work is required that fbr may or may not be telling you about.
If they can compete on price the will probably do okay but the Hadrian will be expensive to run and maintain.
