Given that every house built in Perth has CAD drawings before it is built, I have to disagree that Perth will never be a good market.
The key thing is that when (if) Hadrian can build the walls in a single shift and then return to base at night, then the location doesn't matter. They don't have to all be in the same street.
Sites where they can build 24/7 is a whole different thing.
But if they can get Hadrian to build in a shift, then that is the point where the efficiencies and economics can't be rivaled.
They built the FAT structure in 2:16 for about 700 blocks (5 SBE). Averaged 316 blocks per hour from memory. If you leave 2 hours out of a 12-hour shift for mobilization and demobilization, then you could lay close to 3000 blocks. So it is feasible that they will eventually be able to complete the walls in a single shift.
Given that every house built in Perth has CAD drawings before it...
