Also they have stated that WAAS will be dramatically cheaper for the builder for two reasons 1) it cuts waste and 2) it is a days worth of labour so they can decrease build costs because it’s only 1 truck for a day as opposed to 3 brickies for x weeks.
If you look through an economic lens it’s decreasing build price elasticity which is one of the things crushing the industry at the moment
