They have been talking about this for years. Ahead of the time so first steps first. If they get the lions share of brick laying partners will move into smart bricks or it is them who will be left behind. Hand weight no longer a concern.
Same could be said about prefab. Its coming just not yet. Building industry behind in innovation and technology advancement.
