    Youve got a point, but I still thinkbits a wasted opportunity. Maybe its the door to door salesman in me, but i never want to say die on a potential sale. There are plenty of construction cos on the east coast that would jumpbat it and do a jv for 1 or 2 hxs. Heck even renovation cos would consider it.
