Smattering ,you are correct $1m.Is in some of the past presentations past few years.It is an early estimate.Spoke to FBR about it , primarily used for business analysis purposes for different cases .While an old figure , FBR have done development that has reduced costs and improved reliabilty eg the block transfer system through the boom.
As Spook said , the Liebherr cost and delivery details is the key info .Believe FBR said in an announcement that negotiations would start after SAT.
