It costs on average in aus $2500 -$3000 a square to build a small spec home.
$2500 div 10.6 =$236 /ft say $354USD/ft
icon is comparatively cheaper than a standard AUS build at $250 USD/ft. would be roughly $2650 USD per square.
So not really comparing apples with apples, cause one is a house build (all in cost) and one is the brickies/FBR finished wall cost.
