Friday/tomorrow is the last chance for shareholders to sell FBR for a capital loss to offset against capital gains for the June 2024 FY End.
It seems for the whole month, and for maybe some time leading up to it, FBR has been attempting to swim upstream.
I believe we could see some reversal from Monday into the new Financial Year now that this headwind is now finally passing.
Go back and look at what happens each July, Aug, Sep to FBR shares. Of course the past is no guarantee of future performance and the future is unknown.
We are not buying the past but the unknown future.
Get your popcorn and soda pop ready people, let's hope FBR can execute on their strategy this year to start this snowball.
We have pent up potential, now we need execution.
Interested to think what other people are predicting for the 2nd and 3rd quarter ahead.
