I have watched 109 build almost all in perth at one point. Few issues but as a prototype it was pretty good, over 20 builds, houses sold, childcare centres leased to a multi billion dollar company on a 40 year lease built by one of the largest residential builders in WA. Two storey Townhouses on a satterley development with triple leaf walls. Another townhouse development. All with a machine that the team decided wasn’t good enough so they decided to build 110. Close to 30 dwellings, most finished. Some sold, no issues I know of.

110 going to US, guess who has seen it operating, not shareholders. The JV partner that will give FBR a $40 million loan facility and be a partner. Good enough for me ATM but maybe you know something I don’t. You seen Hadrian working? You don’t live in Perth do you?
