Point I was trying to make has nothing to do with your response.
If someone wants to buy a lot of shares to take a position in FBR , Pivacs wont be selling nor institutions.
Maybe off market deals like with BKW
Therefore it would be difficult for a player to buy a lot of shares on market without driving the SP up by multiples.
