I did start small, but kept on adding because I believed in it. I did have some experience with housebuilding - and even the biggest critic here, Troopy, could not find fault with any of my observations.

Personally most of my assets and income is from commercial/industrial real estate, so I am not in any trouble. But it is very disappointing to see what is a major revolution drag on for so long.

Anyway, I have placed my (sizeable) bet - the odds look good - the roulette wheel is already spinning, and we will see the first result very soon.
Any new bet now has far less risk than one years ago, and a lot cheaper. GLTH, and for those that don't hold don't succumb to FOMO - do something about it. Now. Time is running out. DYOR.
