There should be some decent newsflow in the near future, and whilst some cash might be needed, it would make sense to wait for the VWAP to catch up... so if done smartly it could be done in concert with an upcoming announcement and zero discount to current prices and/or VWAP.

I'd like to think that a small raise now to tide us over till the credit facility comes online, at zero discount, and supported by newsflow would not see us losing out on current prices and indeed remove some of the uncertainty that might be dragging on price.

Indeed, if the combination of news, price, and size is right it might even be price positive.

Thats even if a CR is needed... there are other options.
