we don’t know. Keep in mind that those 50 million shares were no longer in control of Pivacs from December 23. They become FBRs and then they can sell them and retain ALL cash.
they held off while share price in 2c and sold at 4.1. They were loaned to FBR at 4c. The loan shares are similar to options but have voting rights and tax effective.
