not really. Liquidity is still not really there, they might do raise with news and no discount like last time. We all know SAT is coming, if they raise with news and insto want to get in.
Also M&G, fidelity and BKW own 40% or so. Assume they will at least take pro rata or maybe increase. Get CRH or Liebherr or new fund wanting 5% they are never going to get it on market without driving price a lot higher.
Plus, cash goes to FBR. Guys like M&G want to know that thier cash injection actually does something for the company they hold 12% of. Remember these guys did a CR only them at 3.3c to build the 3 US trucks when SP was around 3c.
