The contract is already agreed... with CRH subject to SAT success and 10 home build demo ... they will inject another AUD $1 million approx... and they will set up a revolving line of credit for $40 million USD to purchass 20 HX110'S.
for all of that they get to JV with us and exclusively offer Wall on Call in the USA. They will get 49% of the JV partnership.
other regions would probably go the same way ... each JV funding their own growth .. most probably with a brick manufacturer like CRH.
