I think this structure will take some pressure off FBR but they need a CR in the short term, costs will increase for FBR in terms of staff being located in US. Lots of work to be done, can’t be worried about staff costs.
the benefit is the machine costs which would of been a massive drag on FBR cash should go to JV. I wouldn’t expect FBR make a meaningful profit to start.
